Tributes paid amid sudden passing of ‘walking legend’ Anthony ‘Anto’ Bell

Tributes have been paid to popular Coalisland man, Anthony ‘Anto’ Bell upon his sudden passing on January 14, 2023.

Killen Community Residents Group shared their deep sadness, stating: “It’s with great sadness to learn off the passing of Anthony (Anto) Bell. Fly high buddy”

“Condolences to Crippy, Carol, Maria, John and the extended family and friends. You will be missed lad.

“Anto’s remains has not been released yet. The family have requested private time, they appreciate the messages of support. I will update this post when Anthony arrives home.”

Another person commented: “Saddest news ever, can’t believe it. Anto you were a walking legend, we have so many memories that I will cherish, you will be sadly missed, thoughts and prayers to the whole family circle and they get the strength to get through this. R.I.P”

An online funeral notice described Anthony as the beloved son of John and the late June R.I.P., loving brother of Maria, Carol, Christopher and the late John Paul, Gary and Lisa R.I.P. and dear father of Lily and Kyla.
