When will your bin be emptied? Mid-Ulster Council Christmas holiday arrangements

Bin collections:

There will be no bin collections on Monday 26 December. Bins due to be collected on Monday 26 December will instead be collected on Saturday 24 December.

All other bin collections remain as normal.

Remember to leave your bin at the kerb by 7.30am.


Recycling Centres:

All recycling centres are closed on Monday 26 December and Monday 2 January and will reopen on Tuesday 27 December and Tuesday 3 January (except Fivemiletown Recycling Centre which is closed on Tuesdays).


Council offices:

Council offices are closed from Monday 26 December until Tuesday 3 January.


Leisure Centres

All leisure centres and facilities will be closed on Sunday 25 December, Monday 26 December, Tuesday 27 December and Sunday 1 January.


Facilities: 

The Burnavon

Closed on Monday 26 December, Tuesday 27 December, Wednesday 28 December and Monday 2 January.

Hill of the O’Neill and Ranfurly House

Closed on Monday 26 December, Tuesday 27 December, Wednesday 28 December and Monday 2 January.

Seamus Heaney HomePlace

Closed on Saturday 24 December, Sunday 25 December, Monday 26 December, Sunday 1 January and Monday 2 January.

The Bridewell

Closed from Saturday 24 December until Tuesday 3 January.

OM Dark Sky Park and Observatory

Closed on Sunday 25, Monday 26, Tuesday 27 December and Sunday 1 January.


Parks

All our staffed sites will be closed on Sunday 25 December, Monday 26 December, Tuesday 27 December and Sunday 1 January.


Registration Services: 

Registration offices will be closed from Monday 26 December until Tuesday 3 January to coincide with office closures.

In the event of an emergency regarding a death registration please contact a local undertaker. For birth registrations please complete a birth registration form and either email to Registration Services or post to your nearest registry office. A member of staff will be in contact with you when the office re-opens to arrange an appointment to finalise the registration.
