Tributes have been paid online to ‘loving and kind hearted’ Coalisland man, Christopher Thom following his sudden passing.
Famed for his smile and wonderful character, Christopher had been a cherished addition to The Coalisland Fianna musicals.
Coalisland Fianna shared their sympathies stating, “Coalisland Fianna would like to send its deepest Sympathies To the Thom (Gervin) Family of Meenagh Park on the sudden passing of Christopher Thom jr.
“Christopher took part in The Coalisland Fianna musicals bringing many’s a smile and happiness to a lot of people.
“Our thoughts and prayers are with his Mother Gabriel Father Chris Brothers Shane and Anthony sisters Clodagh and Eirn and all the Entire family at this very sad time.”
Independent Councillor Dan Kerr also took to social media to share his condolences, “RIP young Christopher Thom Jr. Very sad news to emerge from Meenagh Park tonight. Always a smile on his face when saying hello.”
Those who knew him have described him as “a real little gentleman”, “always smiling and had time for a conversation with everyone” and “a shining light to so many; the kindest heart”.
