Police searching for a missing Co. Tyrone man said they have sadly located a body.
Mid Ulster Police, among others, have been searching for Jason Coles since Tuesday, February 2.
He was last seen in the Main Street area of Pomeroy. It was believed he may have travelled to a Forest in the Seskinore/Omagh Area.
However, in the early hours of Sunday morning, police confirmed they had recovered a body.
A PSNI spokesperson said: “Police searching for missing person 36 year old Jason Coles recovered a body in the Seskinore Forest area of Omagh yesterday evening (Saturday 6th February).
“A post mortem will be carried out to determine the cause of death.
“There are no further details at the time.”
