Mid Ulster District Council’s planners are currently considering an application to bring 13 new homes to Bush, Co Tyrone.
The application, lodged by agent McAdam Stewart Architects on behalf of applicant, BOA Island Properties Ltd, will, if approved, bring 11 detached and 2 semi-detached properties with garages to lands to the rear and immediately west of numbers 18 and 20 Mullaghteige Road, Bush.
Approval has also been sought for the associated site work.
The planning application form states the area of the site is 1.094 hectares and is used, at present, for agricultural purposes.
Surface water on the site will be disposed of via the main storm sewer and fouls sewage will be disposed of via the mains, according to the application form.
The application was received and validated on Monday, December 7, 2020 and will be advertised until Thursday, January 7.
