Thom, May 5, 2022 (peacefully) at Craigavon Area Hospital, aged 87 years. Vernon Ernest, late of 11 Park Avenue, Cookstown, devoted husband of Gwennie, loving father of Gwyneth, Adrian, Arnold and the late Ernest, dearest father-in-law of Evelyn, Jennifer, Rosie and the late Mike, cherished grandfather of Andrew, Philip, Laura, Vernon, Harry and the late Warren and Lauren, a beloved great-grandfather to his 9 great-grandchildren and a much loved brother and uncle.
There will be a service in the home for close family members on Sunday, May 8 at 12.30pm.
Everyone is then welcome at a service of thanksgiving in Derryloran Parish Church at 1.15pm (approx.) and to the committal which will follow in Kildress Parish Churchyard.
Family flowers only please. Donations in lieu, if desired, payable to Steenson Funeral Services (Charities account), 11 Loy Street, Cookstown, BT80 8PZ for Derryloran Parish Church and Kildress Parish Church.
