Crooks, (née Crooks) July 7, 2021, (peacefully) at Fairfields Care Centre. Sadie Isabel, 164 Drum Road, Cookstown, beloved wife of the late Ernest Crooks, dear friend of John Service, mother of James (Lorraine), dear sister of Margaret and sister-in-law of John.
Due to current restrictions a private funeral service will take place in R Steenson & Son Funeral Home, 11 Loy Street, Cookstown, BT80 8PZ, on Friday, July 9 at 12:00 Noon. The cortege will leave the funeral home at 12.30pm (approx.) travelling via Loy Street and Cemetery Road for interment in Cookstown Cemetery.
Donations in lieu of flowers, if desired, to Air Ambulance N.I. c/o Steenson Funeral Services, (address as above).
Will be sadly missed by all her family and friends.
