Frazer, (née Heenan), 28th March 2021 (suddenly) at her home, 15 Glencurry Road, Omagh. Patricia Eileen, dearly loved wife of Ivan, loving mother of Julie (Stephen), Gemma (Matthew), Lee (Emma-Jayne) and Chloe (Jonny) and much loved nana of Freddie and Harry.
Sadly due to current restrictions house and funeral strictly private. A family service will be held in Mountfield Parish Church on Wednesday followed by interment in adjoining churchyard.
