Toner, Josephine. Month’s Mind June 8, 2021. As we remember Josephine on the Month’s Mind of her passing, we her loving family, wish to send thanks to our exceptionally kind extended family, neighbours and friends who supported us in so many ways and with such generosity. We are extremely grateful to those who attended Josephine’s wake and funeral, those who sent flowers and messages of sympathy and those who telephoned or called at the house. This brought great comfort and is very much appreciated by the family. Your sympathy and kindness will be remembered with affection and gratitude.
We wish to extend our grateful appreciation to Father Moore, Parish Priest of Donaghmore, for his support, direction and kindness, and for his very fitting tribute to Josephine at her Funeral Mass. To the clergy (a special mention to Father McCallion of Brocagh), your prayers and Masses continue to give us comfort and solace. We too want to express our thanks to Michael the Sacristan and to the grave diggers for their compassionate service. The beautiful music courtesy of Stephanie Gormley and Rory Madden added so much to Josephine’s Funeral Mass. A special word of thanks to Paudge Quinn and Co. Funeral Directors for their professional and compassionate service in attending to all the necessary arrangements.
Josephine is missed beyond measure by her loving husband James, daughters Jennifer (Son-in-law Michael) and Emma (Son-in-law Eddie), by her sons Patrick (Daughter in-law Sarah), Jimmy (Daughter in-law Patsy), Alex (Daughter in-law Patricia), Martin (Daughter in-law Karen) and Jonathan (Daughter in-law Una), by her loving grandchildren and great-grandchildren and by her sisters Mary and Kathleen and brother Paddy.
“May her beautiful soul Rest in Peace”.
