Acknowledgement for the late Peter Devlin (Broughderg)

Devlin, Peter. The family of the late Peter Devlin would like to thank all those who sympathised and supported us during our recent bereavement, and to kind neighbours and extended family.

To all those who sent mass or sympathy cards, letters, phoned, sent floral tributes, and donations to the palliative care unit. Thanks to those who sent messages on social media, and also those who came out to pay their respects along the route from Niall A Loughran’s funeral directors chapel of rest to Our Lady of the Wayside. Also, everyone who attended outside the church we offer our heartfelt thanks.

Special thanks to Fr Edward Gallagher for the requiem mass the singers and sacristan.

Thanks to the gravediggers for their trogon work in atrocious weather conditions, preparing Peters final resting place.

We express our sincere appreciation to Niall A Loughran Funeral Directors for the considerate and dignified way they carried out the funeral arrangements.

We also wish to thank the doctors district nurses and reception staff of Dr Graham’s medical centre and the carers who attended Peter at his home.

Staff of ward 50 Altnagelvin hospital, the Palliative care team and the Chaplin Fr Kevin McElhennon in Omagh Hospital.
