Acknowledgement for the late Patricia McGale (Omagh)

McGale, Patricia. We, the family of Patricia (Patsy) Mc Gale, wish to extend our sincere gratitude to all who expressed kindness and support following our recent bereavement. We offer our heartfelt thanks to the many family, friends, colleagues, neighbours and well wishers who called to the house, those who attended the funeral in person, those who watched the service online both near and far, and those who provided emotional and practical support for us at this difficult time. We also thank all who sent mass & sympathy cards, letters, flowers, donations for the Palliative Care Team SWAH and for the many phone calls & messages we received.

We are most grateful to all the medical professionals for their care and compassion they showed Patsy during her illness. To all the Doctors, nurses and staff who assisted Patsy whilst in SWAH, Dr Ronan Harte & the staff at Grange Family Practice Omagh and both the Omagh District Nursing and the Macmillan & Hospice NI teams. Our deepest gratitude also to Mark Grimes and the staff at Medicare John Street Omagh for all their help.

We also wish to thank Father Mc Dermott for saying the touching Requiem Mass and his Eulogy. Much appreciation also to James Mc Shane for providing the beautiful music and singing, and all those who participated in the mass. Our heartfelt thanks to Sean O’ Kane Funeral Directors for the dignified and respectful manner in carrying out their duties and to the gravediggers who prepared Patsy final resting place.

As it is would be impossible to thank everyone individually, please accept this acknowledgement as a small token of the family’s sincere gratitude.

Patsy’s Month’s Mind Mass will be celebrated in the Sacred Heart Church, Omagh on Thursday 9th September at 7:30pm.
