Michael McCarney, (Fintona). Fidelma and the entire family circle, would like to express our sincere thanks to everyone who sympathised with us on our recent sudden bereavement.
To those who sent Mass or sympathy cards, who wrote touching letters, telephoned, sent messages via social media, left floral tributes and refreshments. To the many neighbours, friends and guard of honour who stood out as a mark of respect throughout Michael’s final journey as the Funeral travelled to St Lawrence’s Church, Fintona where more people awaited the arrival of the cortege.
Special thanks to Father Connolly who celebrated the Requiem Mass, delivering such a personal and meaningful homily and everyone that joined us via the webcam. We offer our sincere thanks to Pat Mc Atee Funeral Directors for all their help and assistance and the dignified manner in which they carried out the Funeral arrangements. We are grateful to the gravediggers for preparing Michael’s final resting place. Thanks to Pashcal McAnenly and Patrick Slevin for the lovely music, Nettles & Petals for the beautiful flowers, the medical staff at South West Acute Hospital and Barry Donnelly.
As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually, please accept this acknowledgement as an expression of our deepest gratitude.
Michael’s Months Mind Mass will be celebrated on Saturday 6th March at 10.00am at St Lawrence’s Church, Fintona via the Parish webcam.
