Acknowledgement for the late Maureen McQuaid (Dromore)

McQuaid, Maureen late of 4 Blackwater Road, Badoney, Dromore, Co Tyrone. March 18, 2022. Maureen, a widely respected, devoted family lady and much-loved mother, mother in law, grandmother, great grandmother, sister, sister in law, aunt and friend. We, her family wish to express our sincere appreciation and heartfelt thanks to all those who sympathised and supported us through our recent bereavement and to those who sent sympathy cards or messages via telephone or social media. Special thanks to all who turned out and lined the route to pay their respects to Mum.

Our thanks to Father Dolan for receiving Mum’s remains, to Father McEntee for conducting the funeral Mass, to the gravedigger and Pat and Vincent McAtee (Funeral Directors) for the caring, professional and dignified manner in which they carried out the funeral arrangements.

Thanks to Ciara Fox for the lovely singing and the Dromore Parish catering ladies for the lovely refreshments afterwards.

A special word of thanks to all the carers, especially to all in Hillcrest Nursing home, who took great care of Mum for the past 5 years.

As it is not possible to thank everyone individually, please accept this acknowledgement as an expression of our deepest gratitude.

Mum’s Month’s Mind Mass will be celebrated in St Davog’s Church, Dromore on Saturday April 30, at 7pm and may also be viewed via the Dromore Parish Webcam.
