TH Jenkinson & Co was established in 1969 and is a main distributor for Ifor Williams Trailers across Northern Ireland and the bordering counties of the Republic of Ireland, including Monaghan, Cavan and Leitrim.
We also have Scottish depots in Ayrshire and Dumfries and Galloway. We stock an extensive selection of new and used trailers from the full IWT range at all our depots with over 300 trailers in stock at any time.
We are currently recruiting for: Full time office clerk based in Middletown.
Main Responsibilities of this position will be:
– processing of sales invoices and credit notes.
– processing of receipts
– processing of all orders and deliveries on a daily basis
– daily income analysis
– reconciliation of cash on a daily basis
– statement reconciliations
– E C Sales/Intrastat Reconciliation
The successful candidate would be part of a team and assist in the efficient and effective running of the administration department.
We wish to recruit a confident motivated individual for the position. A minimum of two years experience of computerised systems would be essential, and experience of month end procedures and credit control would be advantageous.
Working Hours:
Monday – Friday 9.00am – 5.30pm.
